3. Now that you have finished your design of your new gate a few measurements need to be determined. Let's start with how wide of an area needs to be covered in the gates closed position (see example). The best way to determine how wide your opening will be is to measure in the following manner.
   If you are mounting the gates on existing columns or pre-made posts purchased from us measure the top width from inside column to inside column and measure the same way just above the ground level from inside column/post to inside column/post. We will deduct the and calculate the exact measurements to allow for hinges etc... once you supply the opening dimensions.
   
4. If you are installing your gate(s) to concrete columns you need to purchase a set of column mounts for each gate leaf. To insure that your columns are built correctly you can download and print a pdf and use it for reference.
